Inspired by Louise Hay, who spread positivity and well-being worldwide, HAY offers art, wellness, and humanities programs designed for both foreigners and Koreans residing in Korea. Our workshops and events are available in various languages, including Korean and English, collaborating with diverse communities and instructors. HAY focuses on building an international community in Korea where people can be creative, authentic, and fulfilled.

●About Sanha - Community Leader●

Sanha, originally from Korea, is passionate about art and wellness. She earned a degree in design marketing from a university in London and has professional experience as a web designer. Additionally, she completed a yoga teacher training course in Greece and is certified in various psychological areas, including counseling and art therapy. Currently, Sanha operates workshops that incorporate therapeutic tarot reading and creative drawing. She aims to collaborate with other wellness coaches and establish an international wellness community in Korea, providing a space for people to gather and express themselves freely.
